The freshwater Arctic char is known for its finesse and delicate taste. This salmonid is very rich in fatty acids and omega-3. Recognized for the delicacy of its flesh, Arctic char also yields wonderful smoked fish. This char is raised without antibiotics, without growth hormones, with a minimal ecological footprint!
The char is carefully filleted and deboned.
