Ingredients

Cod fillets, water, wheat flour, modified corn starch, rapeseed oil, toasted wheat crumbs, yellow corn flour, salt, baking powder, modified palm oil, defatted soybean flour, spices, sugar, citric acid, dehydrated lemon peel, lemon juice powder, onion and garlic granules, guar gum and flavouring.

Cooking: Cook from frozen. Bake in a preheated 400°F (200°C) oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Bake to an internal temperature of 160°F (72°C).
