Ingredients: Cut whole chicken pieces [wings, drumsticks, thighs with attached back (may contain kidneys), breasts with ribs, oyster fillets]. Water, Salt, Tripolyphosphate. Batter and breading: Wheat flour, Toasted wheat crumbs, Water, Canola oil, Wheat gluten, Whole wheat flour, Modified corn starch, Yellow corn flour, Salt, Baking soda, Defatted flour, Sugars (dextrose), Spices, Powdered whey (milk), Modified palm oil, Egg white powder, Guar gum, Spice extracts. Contains: Wheat, Soy, Milk.
COOKING DIRECTIONS: CONVENTIONAL OVEN (do not thaw product before cooking): Preheat oven to 425 °F (218 °C). Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cook for approximately 35 to 40 minutes. Cooking time and temperature may vary. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165 °F (74 °C) is reached. COMBINATION OVEN: Preheat oven to 356 *F (180 °C) with 40% humidity. Cook for approximately 6 minutes at 356 *F (180 °C) with 40% humidity, fan set at maximum speed. Then cook for 16 minutes at 356 °F (180 °C) with 90% humidity, in mixed steam mode, fan set at maximum speed.
