Sole Filet
The filets are individually vacuum-sealed. Each box contains between 15 and 20 sole fillets.
Sole is an excellent source of high-quality protein. This lean fish is also low in calories.
Thanks to its delicate and flavorful flesh, sole lends itself to a variety of cooking methods, such as steaming, en papillote, in a casserole, or pan-fried, whether breaded or not.
