A beautiful Christmas Box filled with hearty, down-to-earth ingredients to enjoy with your guests!
This box can feed about 12 adults with average portions.
Here’s what’s inside ho ho ho 🎅 :
-A Tourtière (a real one, with potatoes and meat!) – 3 kg
-1 to 1.5 kg of grain-fed capon (deboned chicken thighs stuffed with cranberries), equivalent to 4 rolls
-12 meat pies, 75 g each
-One blueberry pie
-One raspberry pie
-24 old-fashioned donuts

Cooking Instructions:
Half Grain-Fed Capon from Québec stuffed with Cranberries
Thaw the product in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Open the bag and place the meat and its juices in an oven-safe dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40–50 minutes in the center of the oven. Continue cooking uncovered (remove the foil) for an additional 20 minutes. The internal temperature of the poultry must reach 74°C (165°F).
Cooked Meat Pies
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the packaging and heat the pies for about 15 to 25 minutes.
Raspberry and/or Blueberry Pie
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the packaging and heat the pie for about 50 minutes if frozen.
Uncooked Tourtière du Lac-Saint-Jean: Bake once thawed.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the packaging, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 6 hours. For a crispier crust, remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
