Distribution Dany Gauthier Inc. is committed to complying with the laws of the Office de la protection du consommateur.

 

If you wish to exchange an item you have purchased or request a refund, you must notify Distribution Dany Gauthier Inc. at the following address: [email protected] within 15 days of receiving the item.

Steps

  • Take a photo of the product in question.
  • Keep your product in its original packaging and frozen.
  • Email the reason(s) why you are requesting a refund or a credit note.
  • Provide your address and all necessary personal information for a thorough analysis.
  • Include the purchase date of your product, the delivery date, and attach your invoice.
  • After analysis, a member of the Distribution Dany Gauthier Inc. team will contact you to schedule a pick-up of the product and evaluate it.

The law does not require the merchant to refund or issue a credit note if you change your mind or made an error at the time of purchase.

In case of stock shortage

In case of stock shortage, Distribution Dany Gauthier Inc. will offer you another item of the same nature at an equal or higher cost.

Shipping and delivery

The delivery policy is an integral part of the terms and conditions for online purchases.

 

Delivery is free for orders shipped to Quebec in areas served by Distribution Dany Gauthier Inc. at the time of purchase.

 

Restrictions and additional fees will be charged to the customer if the customer does not comply with the agreement at the time of receiving their order.

Actual delivery date and receipt

Taking into account the availability of items in stock, whether they come from the warehouse in Lac-Saint-Jean, or if one or more items in the order are out of stock, the average delivery time of one week may be exceeded. Additionally, please note that there is no pickup or delivery during weekends.

 

After the order, a delivery confirmation email will be sent to confirm the date.

 

Once the approximate date and time are provided to the customer, the customer must be present at their home to receive the order. Orders are transported in a refrigerated vehicle intended for this purpose. Since all products are frozen, it is crucial that the delivery person hands the order to the customer so that it can be immediately placed in the freezer.
