How often should I place an order?
You can order whenever you want, as often as you want—regularly, monthly, for special occasions—it's up to you. There are no rules to follow. You just follow your cravings, your needs, your stomach, and our promotions. It's that simple!
You can even place an order in the middle of the night, but just so you know, we only deliver during the day 😉.

What is the delivery time?
Delivery times vary depending on your area. Some areas are serviced every week, while others are serviced every two weeks.

The exact delivery day may vary depending on the number of orders and our drivers' routes.
We send you an email 1–2 days before your delivery to let you know we'll be in your area, and our driver will also call you before arriving.
During busier periods, such as Christmas, we normally double our deliveries to better meet the increased demand.
When are the deliveries made?
Our deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
For Baie-James and Nunavik, deliveries may also take place on weekends, depending on our route and transportation logistics.
It is not possible to book a specific delivery time, as our drivers have several orders to deliver throughout the day and follow their route based on the different areas they are serving.
Do you have a specific scheduling restriction? No problem! Simply mention it in the comments of your order. For example, if you need to be home after a certain time or have a specific request, our team will take note of it and do their best to accommodate you.
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, however, as the schedule can vary depending on the number of deliveries, the route, and unexpected delays during the day.

What do you mean by local products and products from here?
We always prioritize products from Quebec and Canada. However, some varieties of fish or seafood are not available in Canada. In those cases, we choose suppliers who meet standards on par with Canadian agri-food regulations.

What defrosting method do you recommend?
Ideally, you should defrost slowly in the refrigerator. For a faster defrosting method, you can place your products in cold water. We recommend following the guidelines from MAPAQ (Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food of Quebec) for safe defrosting.
