Greek Chicken Souvlaki

Ingredients
CHICKEN, SEASONINGS (WATER, SUGAR, SALT, SPICES, SODIUM PHOSPHATE, HYDROLYZED VEGETABLE PROTEINS (SOYA), TOMATO POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, CITRIC ACID, CALCIUM SILICATE & CANOLA VEGETABLE OIL). MAY CONTAIN: WHEAT, MILK, MUSTARD, SULFITES.

Cooking Method:
Cook to reach an internal temperature of at least 165 ºF (74 ºC).
Deep fryer: Preheat oil and fry for 6 to 8 minutes.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375 ºF (190 ºC). Bake in an oven-safe dish.
Frozen: 30 to 40 minutes. Thawed: 20 to 30 minutes. Turn halfway through. Brush with sauce before cooking if desired.
