How to prepare your octopus tentacles?
Personally, I boiled them for one hour, then gently rubbed the tentacles to remove the thin skin, being careful not to break the small suction cups. After that, I simply grilled the tentacles in butter and served them with a lemon mayonnaise. It was delicious!
