Chicken

Chicken is one of the most popular meats to cook in the Air Fryer because it becomes incredibly crispy on the outside while staying juicy on the inside. For perfect chicken wings, cook them at 190°C (375°F) for 25 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Chicken breasts, on the other hand, require about 18 to 20 minutes at 200°C (400°F), depending on their thickness. If you prefer drumsticks or thighs, cook them for 22 to 25 minutes at 195°C (385°F). For even more flavor, marinate your chicken before cooking and lightly brush it with oil for a golden, delicious result.

Air Fryer Bacon

Pork

Pork is just as delicious in the Air Fryer, cooking quickly while remaining tender. A thick pork chop takes about 12 to 15 minutes at 200°C (400°F), flipping halfway through for a nicely golden result. For a juicy pork tenderloin, set your Air Fryer to 190°C (375°F) and cook it for 20 minutes before letting it rest for a few minutes to retain its juices.

If you love crispy bacon, place the slices in a single layer and cook for 8 minutes at 190°C (375°F), adjusting the time based on your desired level of crispiness.

Fish and Sea food

Fish and seafood cook very quickly in the Air Fryer, making them perfect for a quick and light meal. A salmon fillet will be tender and juicy after 8 to 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F), while peeled shrimp only need 6 to 8 minutes at 200°C (400°F). For perfectly seared scallops, cook them for about 10 minutes at 190°C (375°F).

If you're cooking breaded fish or fish sticks, let them cook for about 12 minutes at 200°C (400°F) for a crispy coating. Be sure not to overcrowd the basket to ensure even and flavorful cooking.
