How to Prepare
Pork Chops

Pork chops are a flavorful and easy cut to prepare. Here are some simple steps to cook them:

Seasoning

Start by seasoning the chops with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices (garlic powder, paprika, herbes de Provence, etc.). You can also marinate the chops for a few hours in a mixture of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and spices for added tenderness and flavor.

Pan-searing

Heat a little oil or butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Place the chops in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown on the outside, while keeping the meat juicy inside.

Oven-baking

For well-cooked, tender chops, preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Sear the chops in a hot pan, then transfer them to the oven for about 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chops, until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).

Let the meat rest

Let the chops rest for a few minutes before serving so the juices redistribute, making the meat even more tender.

Serve your pork chops with grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes, or a fresh salad for a delicious and balanced meal
