Areas with free delivery and no minimum purchase

Free delivery is available in the following regions:

• 01 – Bas-Saint-Laurent
• 02 – Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean
• 03 – Capitale-Nationale
• 04 – Mauricie
• 05 – Estrie
• 06 – Montréal
• 07 – Outaouais
• 09 – Côte-Nord*
• 11 – Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine
• 12 – Chaudière-Appalaches
• 13 – Laval
• 14 – Lanaudière
• 15 – Laurentides
• 16 – Montérégie
• 17 – Centre-du-Québec

There is no minimum purchase required in these areas.

Nord-du-Québec, Nunavik and Nunavut

For deliveries to Nunavik and Nunavut, a minimum of 4 boxes per order is required.

Air transportation costs with Air Inuit and Canadian North are very high. Although Nutrition North Canada provides transportation assistance for certain eligible products, it unfortunately does not cover the full cost of transportation.

This is why we require a minimum of 4 products for these areas.

Exception – Kawawachikamach and Schefferville*

Delivery is still available to Kawawachikamach and Schefferville, but due to the high cost of transportation by train, a delivery fee of $50 to $150 may apply depending on the size of the order.

An invoice will of course be sent to you before shipping, so you can see the transportation fees and approve them before your order is shipped.

Area we do not service

08 – Abitibi-Témiscamingue

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to this area.

We do our best to maintain our prices and offer delivery at the lowest possible cost to our customers, while taking the actual transportation costs into account.
