Step 1: Preparation
This step is quite easy. I chose to bake them in the oven, as recommended on the product label. A baking sheet, aluminum foil, and you're good to go!
No need to thaw them before cooking!

Step 2: Cooking
30-45 minutes à 375°F.
Grain-fed chicken has several advantages, with the main one being that it doesn't “shrink” during cooking. Standard chicken, on the other hand, often contains a lot of water inside, which evaporates during cooking, meaning you're basically paying for water instead of meat! People sometimes have doubts, but as they say, seeing is believing!
You might be used to those chicken wing boxes you find at the grocery store, which are tasty but tend to shrink and get a bit dry...
But our chicken wings, well, they stay juicy and meaty! As soon as they come out of the oven, it's simple—you'll have just one desire: to eat them!

Step 3: Tasting
Finally, it's time to sit down at the table! From the first bite, you'll notice a few things. First, the wings are exactly as delicious as they look. They're spicy, without being too hot. As for the texture, you get the crispy skin of the chicken and the tender meat at the same time. The wings are juicy and come off the bone easily. The sauce is there, but it's not messy, so you can enjoy them with your fingers.
Bon appétit!
