Cooking Instructions:
Steaming (gentle method)
- Fill a steamer basket or a suitable pot with a little water.
- Place the dumplings so they don’t touch each other.
- Cover and steam for 8–12 minutes until the wrapper becomes translucent and the filling is hot.
- Serve with soy sauce, black vinegar, or your favorite dipping sauce.
Pan-frying
- Heat 1–2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place the dumplings and brown the bottoms for 2–3 minutes.
- Add 3–4 tablespoons of water, cover immediately, and cook for 6–8 minutes until the water evaporates and the bottoms are crispy.
- Serve hot, crispy on the bottom and tender on top.
Boiling (quick method)
- Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Add the dumplings and cook for 4–6 minutes, or until they float to the surface and are fully cooked inside.
