Cooking Instructions and Ingredients:
Cooked Meat Pies
Cooking: Preheat oven to 350 °F. Remove packaging and heat the meat pies for approximately 15 to 25 minutes.
Ingredients: water, pork, wheat flour, egg, modified palm oil shortening and canola oil, onions, salt, sugar, milk ingredients, caramel, spices, potassium sorbate. (Contains: wheat, milk, sulfites.)
Blueberry Pie
Cooking: Preheat oven to 350 °F. Remove packaging and heat the pie for approximately 50 minutes if frozen.
Ingredients: blueberries, wheat flour, water, sugar (white sugar), lard, modified corn starch, salt, modified milk ingredients, citric acid, potassium sorbate. (Contains: milk and wheat.)
Uncooked Lac-Saint-Jean Tourtière
Cooking: Cook from thawed.
Preheat oven to 350 °F. Remove packaging, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 5 hours to 5 hours 30 minutes. For a crispier crust, remove the aluminum foil and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes.
The final internal temperature must be at least 85 °C (185 °F).

Confit Chicken Thighs
Cooking: Preheat oven to 375 °F. Remove the thighs from the bag and place them in a roasting pan. Reheat for 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the desired temperature.
