Important Information Regarding Delivery

Delivery Throughout Quebec

We offer free delivery with no minimum purchase in the vast majority of regions across Quebec.

However, some exceptions apply. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

Areas with Free Delivery & No Minimum Purchase

Delivery is free, with no minimum purchase, in the following regions:

01 – Bas-Saint-Laurent
02 – Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean
03 – Capitale-Nationale
04 – Mauricie
05 – Estrie
06 – Montréal
07 – Outaouais
09 – Côte-Nord*
10 – Nord-du-Québec*
11 – Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine
12 – Chaudière-Appalaches
13 – Laval
14 – Lanaudière
15 – Laurentides
16 – Montérégie
17 – Centre-du-Québec

There is no minimum purchase required in these areas.

Some exceptions apply to Nord-du-Québec and Côte-Nord. Please see the information below.

Nunavik et Nunavut

For deliveries to Nunavik, as well as Iqaluit, Kinngait and Kimmirut in Nunavut, a minimum of 4 boxes per order is required.

Air transportation costs are very high. Although Nutrition North Canada provides transportation assistance for certain eligible products, it unfortunately does not cover all transportation costs.

This is why we require a minimum of 4 boxes for these areas.

If you would still like to order fewer than 4 boxes, a transportation fee of $25 to $150 may apply, depending on the number of boxes and the transportation costs associated with your order. These fees will be confirmed with you before your order is shipped.

Other Nunavut Communities

For all other communities in Nunavut, transportation fees automatically apply, regardless of the quantity ordered — whether you order 1 box or 30 boxes.

Transportation fees are calculated based on the destination, number of boxes, and applicable transportation costs for the order. The fees will be confirmed with you before your order is shipped.

Kawawachikamach and Schefferville

Delivery is still available to Kawawachikamach and Schefferville. However, due to the high cost of transportation by train, a delivery fee of $50 to $150 may apply depending on the size of your order.

An invoice will, of course, be sent to you before shipping, so you can review and approve the transportation fees before your order is shipped.

08-Abitibi-Témiscamingue

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer delivery to this area. We hope to be able to offer delivery to Abitibi-Témiscamingue in the future.
