Cooking Instructions
*Our duck legs are already cooked.
- Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the legs in a dish or on a rack, skin-side up to ensure crispiness. Reheat for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the size and number of legs.
- Pan-fry: Heat a frying pan over high heat and place the legs skin-side down for 5 to 7 minutes to brown the skin well. Drain off the rendered fat, cover the pan, and continue cooking over low heat for 10 minutes to warm the meat through without drying it out.
