Water, Salt, Sodium tripolyphosphate.Batter and breading: Wheat flour, toasted wheat breadcrumbs, water, canola oil, wheat gluten, whole wheat flour, modified corn starch, yellow corn flour, salt, baking soda, defatted flour, sugars (dextrose), spices, whey powder (milk), modified palm oil, egg white powder, guar gum, spice extracts.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
CONVENTIONAL OVEN (do not thaw product before cooking):
Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes. Cooking time and temperature may vary. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
