A little note about our langoustines
It is normal for the tip of the meat to sometimes appear slightly dark. This is due to the blood in that area, which can oxidize and darken when exposed to air. Since the langoustines are not deveined, this coloration is normal.
The small bumps underneath the langoustines are eggs, which is also completely normal.
A little tip: You can simply rinse the tips with cold water before preparing them.
